Frequently asked questions
Can I buy part of a lot?+
Only where a direct offer permits partial purchase. Its minimum, order multiple and availability are shown. An auction lot is sold in the complete described form.
What is the difference between auction and direct purchase?+
At auction you bid until closing and a reserve or award may apply. Direct purchase reserves a permitted quantity at the displayed fixed price.
Which costs are added to my bid or purchase?+
The configured buyer’s premium applies to the goods amount excluding VAT. VAT is calculated only after the fiscal order context is known; transport is separate.
Are certificates available?+
The lot certificate status shows whether a document is attached, available on request or unavailable. Claims cover linked lines or batches only.
Where do I collect the goods?+
At the EXW location stated on the offer, within the stated or agreed collection window.
Can ARAMFIX arrange transport?+
Yes. Arrange your own carrier or request a separate ARAMFIX transport quotation.
How do I offer my stock?+
Sign in, create a mobile or desktop draft, add lots, photos and documents, select sale methods and submit for review.
When do I receive my seller payout?+
Payout follows the configured Stripe Connect flow after payment and applicable release conditions. ARAMFIX does not promise an unconfigured fixed timeframe.
